The usual stress points of this process for me are car price negotiation, value of my trade, and pressure applied for extended warranty and other coverages. I listened to what was presented, I told them what I required, it was agreed and car is in my driveway. Make sure you ask for India. I Emphatically recommend her and this staff !!!
