I had a terrific service team -- Tamika (service advisor) and Courntney (technician); I cannot rate them highly enough. The car needed multiple serious repairs, but I preferred to wait. Tamika checked in on me and gave me updates throughout the day, and Courntney made an extra effort to get everything done. Bonus: the customer waiting area is very comfortable and the video loop about building mini houses was fun.

We visited the dealership to look at the Kia Sorento and Kia Sportage. Trang was listening to us and then showed us the Mazda CX-50 and it was the perfect answer. The Sorento was too big and the interior of the Sportage was "ok". The Mazda has a nice design, is the right size, and at a decent price.
Martin Dealership is the ONLY dealership I purchase from. They are the absolute best when it comes to customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years! Carol Heyes at Martin Honda (PHENOMENAL Saleswoman) has been my sales representative every time over the past 10 years. She always takes her time with me and makes me feel very much a part of the Martin Dealership Family.
I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach Ricky had. He went the extra mile to go to the reserve parking area to get the car we wanted to test drive and gave us space to look at it without trying to sell us on things. The dealer met us at a fair price and the buying process was pretty quick. Also, everyone was really friendly.

From my salesperson, India Jacobs continuing with sales manager Vernon Sharper and ending with Tori Somers in financing the sales process was smooth, stress free, and professional. The usual stress points of this process for me are car price negotiation, value of my trade, and pressure applied for extended warranty and other coverages. I listened to what was presented, I told them what I required, it was agreed and car is in my driveway. Make sure you ask for India. I Emphatically recommend her and this staff !!!
