The process of purchasing my new car was seamless. The salesman was knowledgeable and didn’t apply an of the high sales pressure you would expect. He showed me the features of the car and allowed everything to flow naturally. As far as the dealership is concerned, I didn’t see any diversity on their sales floor. I only saw it in the aftermarket products presentation and in the service section of the dealership and I made two trips to the dealership at various times of the day.
